Shipping your product is our top priority, and every day we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers worldwide. However, as most of our warehouses are located abroad, our shipping and processing times may vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing time: Once we receive your payment, we immediately send your order to our suppliers for order verification, customization, quality inspection and packing, which may take an additional 1-4 days.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination, which typically takes 10-15 days, although actual shipping times may vary.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track your product at any time directly through our website
Please note that although most of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
